This week we’re back with a chat with Fitness Pro Sarah Gearino.
I love these interviews with fitness professionals. They always provide a good reminder of the connection and relationship that our mind has with the body.
It’s not enough to only work on the mind. The mind needs the body to be fueled with balanced and proper nutrition, and it takes a determined and strong mindset to get the body to do the work to be strong and healthy.
In this episode, Sarah shares how you can stay fit and healthy with a proper diet and just 30-minutes per day in exercise. You don’ t need to spend hours and hours in the gym to get the body that you want. That doesn’t mean that it’s easy though- it still takes consistent effort.
She also shares her experience running a fitness business during her pregnancy. Not only did she continue running her successful business, but she also maintained her exercise regimens, and kept her fitness up. She gives useful tips for other expecting mothers on how to maintain their fitness while pregnant and separates myth from fact regarding how much exercise you should give yourself.
If there’s one big takeaway from what Sarah shared in this episode, it’s this:
Life is too short to just be content.
No matter what your goals, fitness, health, business, or otherwise. Don’t settle for just okay. You have so much potential, and one life. Whatever it is that you want to start. Don’t wait until the time is right. Move forward!
