TPM 007 : From Minimalism to Full Studio Productions with Mike Faga
This week I had an opportunity to chat with Mike Faga from Studio MFP. He’s a young entrepreneur who got his journey started back in high school. Then, while in college, he did full production management for small businesses and entrepreneurs. This included consulting, media management and creation, and advertising. Today he’s creating systems that help businesses scale and generate even more profit through CRM Models, SaaS, spreadsheets, etc. He helps to simplify the often-cluttered life that many entrepreneurs find themselves in when running their own business.
Talking with Mike, you can get a really good idea of where life can take you if you just take one step after another. He didn’t start out offering all of these services to companies straight out of the door. You know, he started out taking photos and realized he could get paid for them. He went from that and realized he could do one more thing. And then he could do one more thing, and one more. A lot of the time we want to be somewhere that we aren’t, and we get frustrated. We have this huge vision for our life and are frustrated with not being there right now. Maybe that’s a financial goal, or health goal or what-have-you-, Even though we can’t see it now, realize that by taking consistent action, by putting one foot in front of the other, and building on our past actions, we will get to where we are going, and create that amazing life that we all want.
He mentions that to build a powerful mindset, you have to want a powerful mindset. To achieve big dreams, to achieve things that aren’t normal, we need to take actions that are equally abnormal. I know I’ve mentioned this before, but guys there is no such thing as failure. The only way we can fail is by failing to take action. As long as we keep taking consistent action, you will get to where you’re going. Be persistent, that is a big part of what will set you apart from the crowd. When others stop, you don’t, that is an abnormal action that will help you to get ahead.
Give Mike a shout-out! Tweet at him @MikeFaga or tag him in Instagram @mikefagamedia, or follow him on Snapchat @mikefaga. Check him out on Facebook at facebook.com/mikefagamedia, or his business at facebook.com/studiomfp. Of course, if you want to check out his site, it’s http://www.studiomfp.com/
Some ways you can help the show would be to share the episode with others who you feel may gain some value from what was shared. My goal with the show is to help share messages with others for building a powerful mindset in order to live a more powerful life. So, having the message spread around is helpful! Leaving reviews and ratings in iTunes also helps new listeners to find the show.
Thanks for tuning in this week! Until next time 🙂
